Dr. Štěpán Machač, Ph.D. was born in 1970. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of Palacký University in Olomouc. From 1995 to 2003, he worked at the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at Palacký University, where he began focusing on infertility treatment. In 2006, he earned his Ph.D. after defending his dissertation on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and congenital thrombophilia. From 2006 to 2014, he worked at Reprofit International as the leading IVF physician for international patients. Since 2014, he has served as the Head of the IVF Clinic in Olomouc. In 2018, he was appointed Marketing Director of Future Life. He is the author or co-author of more than 30 presentations and 40 articles in professional journals. His work primarily focuses on assisted reproduction, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and gamete donation. Since 2024, he has been the Chief Medical Officer CEE at FutureLife Group.
